Necklaces with Leather Straps: The pendants are 100% waterproof, but we recommend removing necklaces with leather straps when showering/swimming frequently to avoid irritating the leather strap. The leather strap can be sensitive to saltwater, especially over time.

Refund:
Once we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be made to the original payment method. This can take up to 7 business days.
Chains on a leather cord: We have attached the leather cord to the chains in such a way that you can adjust the length of the cord to your liking. The cord is a total of 90 cm long and we recommend joining the two ends with a sliding knot. More information about the sliding knot can be found here. Of course, you can also simply shorten the leather cord.
Other chains: All other chains can be adjusted by 5cm shorter or longer.
