Necklaces, bracelets, rings & earrings: All pieces are 100% water- & sweat-resistant. You can wear them without any problems while showering or swimming in salt water.
Necklaces with leather straps: The pendants are 100% waterproof, but we recommend taking off necklaces with leather straps when frequently showering/swimming to avoid irritating the leather strap. Especially in salt water, the leather strap can react sensitively in the long run.
The secret behind the longevity of our jewelry is our PVD coating. In this special coating process, the gold layer is applied to the jewelry under vacuum and bonded particularly firmly to the surface.
The result: a resilient surface that can be significantly more durable than many classic gold platings and better protects your jewelry from the traces of everyday life.

Important: As the charm necklaces are handmade, shipping time may be extended by 1-2 days.
You can easily return purchased items within 14 days if they meet the return conditions.
Return conditions:
- The jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The customer bears the costs for the return. The shipment will be sent as a large letter.

Refund:
Once we have received and checked the return, the refund will be made to the originally chosen payment method. This can take up to 7 business days.
Chains on a leather strap: We have attached the leather strap to the chains in such a way that you can adjust the length of the strap to your liking. The strap is a total of 90 cm long and we recommend joining the two ends to form a sliding knot. More information on the sliding knot can be found here. Of course, you can also simply shorten the leather strap.
Other chains: You can adjust all other chains to be 5cm shorter or longer.
